TERMS & CONDITIONS

These terms explain how the Aparna's Delish Tasty Foods website, catalogue, enquiry forms and order-request process are intended to work.

1. Website and catalogue

The website provides product information and a request-first ordering service. Product availability, final quantity, final price, preparation timing and any delivery charge may still require confirmation by Aparna's Delish Tasty Foods.

2. An online request is not automatically a confirmed order

Adding products to My order, submitting an enquiry or sending the generated WhatsApp message creates a request. It does not by itself reserve stock, guarantee capacity or create a confirmed order.

The team confirms the relevant product availability, final amount, fulfilment details and payment arrangement. An order becomes confirmed only when Aparna's Delish Tasty Foods explicitly confirms it after the required initial payment arrangement has been met.

3. Prices and weight-based products

Fixed-pack products show the current verified pack price published on the website. Some products are priced by weight; an amount shown for a selected weight is calculated from the current published rate and remains subject to the final confirmed quantity and order amount.

If a website price or product detail is found to be incorrect before confirmation, the business may correct the information and discuss the updated amount or requirement with the customer before accepting the order.

4. Customer details

Customers should provide accurate name, phone/WhatsApp number, address, PIN code, pickup/delivery choice and other requested order information. These details help the business keep a reliable customer/order record and confirm whether delivery can be arranged.

Email is optional. If supplied, it may be used for relevant order communication such as receipts, order summaries or important follow-up. Providing an email address does not by itself opt the customer into promotional messages.

5. Payment arrangements

Depending on the order, Aparna's Delish Tasty Foods may accept an agreed token/advance payment or full payment upfront. For some bulk or larger orders, the business may confirm the order after an agreed advance has been received, with the remaining balance payable on or after delivery as specifically agreed with the customer.

The exact payment arrangement and any remaining balance are confirmed directly with the customer for that order. The current public website does not collect full payment-card or UPI credentials.

6. Pickup and delivery

Pickup and delivery availability, timing and charges are confirmed for the specific order. Delivery may use Porter or another third-party delivery provider. Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery details and being reasonably available to receive the order.

7. Product and food information

Only product information approved for public use should be relied on as current website information. If an ingredient, allergen, cross-contact, dietary, storage or shelf-life statement is not shown, customers should ask before ordering rather than assume it applies.

Customers should tell the business before ordering if ingredient, allergen or cross-contact information is important to them.

8. Cancellations, replacements and product issues

Cancellation, replacement, substitute and refund handling is described in the separate Cancellation & Replacement Policy. Customers should raise any damaged, incorrect or genuine product-quality issue as soon as possible with the order details and relevant photographs where useful.

9. Website use

Customers should not deliberately provide false order/contact information, interfere with the website, attempt unauthorised access, or use the website for unlawful purposes.

10. Contact and applicable rights

Questions about a product, payment arrangement, privacy point or order should be raised with Aparna's Delish Tasty Foods as early as possible using the current contact details on the website.

Nothing in these terms or the related customer policies is intended to limit rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
