Aparna's Delish Tasty Foods respects the personal information you choose to share when browsing the website, making an enquiry or sending an order request on WhatsApp.

This policy explains what happens to information you enter on the website and what happens when you choose to continue on WhatsApp.

1. Information you may enter

You may enter details such as your name, phone or WhatsApp number, optional email address, address, locality, city, PIN code, requested date, quantity, product preferences, pickup or delivery preference and notes.

The website uses those details only to prepare the WhatsApp message you choose to open. The website does not save the contact, address or enquiry details you type into these forms.

Your browser remembers the products and quantities in My Order on this device so your basket can remain available when you refresh the page or return later using the same browser.

My Order does not save your name, phone number, email address, street address, PIN code or enquiry notes.

2. WhatsApp

When you choose Open WhatsApp with my order or Open WhatsApp with enquiry, the website prepares a message using the details you entered and opens WhatsApp.

The message is not sent until you choose to send it in WhatsApp.

Once you send the message, the information becomes part of your WhatsApp conversation with Aparna's Delish Tasty Foods. Your use of WhatsApp is also subject to WhatsApp's own privacy practices.

3. How we may use information you send

Information you send to Aparna's Delish Tasty Foods may be used to:

• respond to your enquiry;

• discuss and confirm your order request;

• confirm products, quantities, pricing and availability;

• arrange pickup or delivery where applicable; and

• help resolve order, delivery or product-related questions.

Providing contact details for an enquiry or order does not by itself sign you up for promotional messages.

4. Delivery services

If delivery is arranged, information reasonably needed to complete the delivery, such as your name, phone number, delivery address and relevant delivery instructions, may be shared with Porter or another delivery provider used for your order.

5. Cookies, saved basket and website usage

The website remembers your My Order basket in your browser on this device.

Aparna's Delish Tasty Foods does not currently use optional website analytics, advertising trackers or third-party advertising tools on this website.

The company that hosts and protects the website may receive basic information needed to load and secure the site. Aparna's Delish Tasty Foods does not use this to create advertising profiles or website-based customer order histories.

6. Payments

The website does not collect payment-card details or take an online payment.

Payment arrangements are discussed separately with Aparna's Delish Tasty Foods after the relevant order details are confirmed.

Please do not enter payment-card details, identity documents or other unnecessary sensitive information into the website fields or WhatsApp enquiry message.
